Changi Airport had a large scale ceremony for Project jewel and engaged us to build an online registration site for VIP guests to RSVP for the event. We also implemented an email marketing campaign that will send an EDM to these guests, leading them to the online registration site.
One of the challenges was to ensure that recipients of the invites are unable to transfer / forward the invitation to uninvited guests. With this, our technical team generated unique IDs for every single recipient. It was embedded in the EDM button link which would automatically identify the guest upon entering the microsite. This feature not only facilitates the RSVP process by having only to reply if they will be attending the event, it also prevents uninvited guests by having the form fields locked for editing.
